The board of directors of Yu Ming comprises Mr. Warren Lee Wa Lun, Mr. Gavin Lam Chi Shing and Ms. Fiona Li Ming. They are also the responsible officers of Yu Ming.
Warren Lee Wa Lun
Mr. Warren Lee, being one of the founding directors of Yu Ming in August 1996, a Director and the Managing Director. He is also an executive director and the chairman of the board of directors of SHK Hong Kong Industries Limited, the first investment company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (privatised in April 2021), since March 2009 and an executive director and the managing director of Da Yu Financial Holdings Limited, Yu Ming¡¦s holding company, since July 2019. He is responsible for overseeing business developments and supervising corporate finance advisory and asset management teams on the provision of services to clients. He joined Sun Hung Kai International Limited in July 1992 and became its director in 1996. Prior to joining Sun Hung Kai International Limited, he was with ABN Amro Bank N.V. in Hong Kong.
Gavin Lam Chi Shing, CFA
Mr. Gavin Lam, a Director and the Portfolio Manager, joined Yu Ming in July 2005 after two years at Corporate Lending and Syndication Department with The Bank of East Asia, Limited, the largest independent local bank in Hong Kong. Mr. Lam mainly supervises the asset management business of Yu Ming. He is responsible for formulating investments ideas, identifying different investment opportunities both in listed and unlisted securities and execution of investment decisions. He is also involved in the provision of corporate finance services by Yu Ming. Mr. Lam graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Business Administration and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Fiona Li Ming
Ms. Fiona Li, a Director and the Corporate Finance Director, joined Yu Ming in October 2007. She is responsible for supervising and leading execution of corporate finance projects of Yu Ming. She has in depth experience in restructuring and merger and acquisition of listed companies in Hong Kong. Before joining Yu Ming, she was with Asian Capital (Corporate Finance) Limited ("Asian Capital"), a restructuring specialist adviser in Hong Kong, since September 2002. She established Shanghai Representative Office for Asian Capital under the CSRC of the PRC. She was born in China and attained her Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Hertfordshire of the United Kingdom and Master of Finance (Investment Management) from The Polytechnic University of Hong Kong.
