SHK Hong Kong Industries Limited (the “Company”, previously known as Yu Ming Investments Limited during the period from June 1997 to July 2009) was founded in 1990. It is the first investment company listed (stock code: 666) on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (the "Stock Exchange"). The Company is managed by Yu Ming Investment Management Limited (“Yu Ming”, a licensed corporation under the Securities and Futures Ordinance). The listing of shares of the Company on the Stock Exchange was withdrawn on 23 April 2021 after the Company was privatised on 22 April 2021.

At present, the Company’s investment portfolio mainly comprises global listed securities (including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Malaysia, United States, Singapore and China), bonds issued by companies listed in Hong Kong and overseas, investment funds and direct and indirect investments.
