Wholly owned by Da Yu Financial Holdings Limited (listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange), Yu Ming Investment Management Limited (ˇ§Yu Mingˇ¨) is a licensed corporation under the Securities and Futures Ordinance. It is a financial adviser that provides corporate finance advisory services and investment management services to listed companies, professional and institutional clients.
Yu Ming advises listed and private companies on takeovers and mergers, new listing, convertible securities, shares placement, connected transactions, very substantial acquisitions, spin-offs, rights issues, debt financing and restructuring and all matters involving dealing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Securities and Futures Commission.
It is also the investment manager of SHK Hong Kong Industries Limited ("SHK Industries"), the first investment company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (privatised in April 2021), and is responsible for identifying, reviewing, negotiating, concluding and monitoring investment opportunities on behalf of SHK Industries.
